Direct de usine, a self-employed company based in Ile de France (France), is the owner of the products offered for sale on the site “https://realdollslove.com”
Article 1: Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between any non-commercial physical person “the Customer” (who may hereafter be designated by “buyer”) wishing to make a purchase on the Website, and Direct d’usine. Direct d’usine reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions by the publication of a new version of the terms and conditions on its website. Article 3: Product information

Article 6 : Order
An order means any acquisition of a product made by a Customer on the Website under the conditions provided for in these terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as “the order”
6.1. Terms and conditions
6.1.1 The customer has the option to order only on the website of the shop.

6.2. The Customer does not have the possibility to complete his order, if it is validated.
6.3. Failure by the Customer to comply with the obligations under these terms and conditions, and in particular with regard to any incident of payment of the price of an order, may result in suspension of access to the service of realdollslove.com, or the termination of his Client Account according to the degree of seriousness of the actions in question, without prejudice to any damages that could be solicited by the shop. Consequently, Direct d’usine reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom such a dispute exists.
6.4. An email confirmation of order is received by the Customer once payment is approved.
6.5. Returns and cancellation of order
6.5.1. Given the nature of the products (sexual toys) and hygiene issues, it is obvious that no return can be accepted. All orders are firm and definitive and can not be subject to modification or cancellation, in whole or in part, by the customer for any reason whatsoever.

Article 7 : Delivery
7.1. After taking account of the order, the products must be manufactured. Also, the Customer will be informed of the shipment of his order by email within 3 to 7 working days.
7.2. The customer will receive a tracking number of his order by email.
7.3. The shipping department is able to send products to physical addresses located in Europe and many countries around the world. If, however, your country does not appear in the choice of destinations you can contact us by e-mail, by telephone or via chat to let us know and propose a solution.
7.4. No delivery is possible via a Postbox, in Hotels or Campsites.

7.10. Any delays do not entitle the Customer to claim damages, cancellation of the order or a reduction of the price paid. In case of unusual delay, an e-mail will be sent to you by the customer service.
7.11. In case of force majeure, disturbances or general strike, total or partial, in particular postal services and means of transport, fire, storm or flood, the responsibility for non-execution of delivery would be imputed to factory direct

7.15. The customer must also confirm by registered letter these reservations communicated to the carrier at the latest within two working days of receipt of the item (s) to the address provided by the customer service. Article 8 : Right of withdrawal
